SHIPPING POLICY

Note on Flat Rate and Promotional Shipping Offers
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, flat rate shipping and other promotional shipping offers are only valid for addresses within mainland Canada and the continental United States. Shipping rates for all other locations, including non-mainland regions, U.S. territories, and international destinations, will be calculated at checkout.

 

Section 1 - Risk of Loss and Delivery

You agree to pay the delivery and handling charges displayed when you place your order. We reserve the right to adjust these charges from time to time, but you will be informed of the applicable charges before you complete your purchase. Any delivery dates or times provided during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Any quoted timelines for shipping refer to transit time only and additional processing time may be required. Unless otherwise stated, the risk of loss or damage to a Product passes to you once it is dispatched to your specified delivery location. You have 30 days from the dispatch date to notify Audyse of any missing, incorrect, or damaged items in your order.

 

Section 2 - Duties/Taxes

You are responsible for any sales or other governmental taxes, fees, or duties (collectively the “Taxes”) due in connection to your purchase and use of Products and Services. Audyse collects Taxes if we determine we have a duty to do so based on the type of Product(s) or Service(s) purchased by you; the date of dispatch of the Product(s) or Service(s); and your delivery address.

We do our best to make shipping prices transparent, but duties/taxes may be applicable depending on region. As we learn and grow, we will work to clarify and improve these fees.

 

Am I Responsible for Paying Customs Duties and Import Taxes on My Order?

Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country, and several factors determine whether your order will require payment by the customer. Please note that tax percentages are applied to the net value of the purchase order, depending on the state or country of destination. Unfortunately, Audyse does not control any of these factors.

 

International orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes and customs duties required by the destination country. However, most of our international customers are not charged additional fees when they receive their shipment.

 

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs charges and/or import duties are not included in the price of the order, and Audyse cannot anticipate whether you will be charged additional fees or in what amount. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for additional details.

 

If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if customs rejects an order due to product restrictions, or if the order is returned (because the local post cannot locate your address), we will happily refund you for the cost of the product (excluding any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our fulfillment center.

 

Please note: Packages returned by customs can often take a very long time, and in some extreme cases, can take several months.
